DEPOSITS
All online bookings require a 50% deposit, this will be deducted from your treatment cost. After 6PM appointments will need full payment in order to secure your slot.
SAFETY
We do still ask anybody who have health problems or over the age of 60 to still consider the potential dangers of coming for a treatment with us given the contact we will need to make.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you can't make it and fail to notify us on time you will be required to pay 50% of the full treatment value.
LATE FEES
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Lateness will be charged at £5 for every 10 minutes. More than 15 minutes late can lead to your appointment being cancelled and a loss of deposit.
PATCH TESTS
Tinting and facial peels require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us.
